Corporate / Legal

Disclaimer Notice

A formal notice clarifying the distinct corporate identity, business focus, and intellectual property rights of Tesla Power Energy LLC and its affiliated companies.

Disclaimer & Brand Association Notice

This document serves as a formal notice to clarify the distinct corporate identity, business focus, and intellectual property rights of Tesla Power Energy LLC and its affiliated companies.

01

No Affiliation with Tesla, Inc.

Tesla Power Energy LLC and all its subsidiaries have absolutely no corporate, financial, or operational connection, association, partnership, or relationship with Tesla, Inc. belonging to Mr. Elon Musk or its shareholders — the electric vehicle and clean energy company based in Palo Alto, California — or any of its global affiliates.

02

Corporate Structure and Focus

  • Registration and Offices: Tesla Power Energy LLC is registered in Delaware, USA, and maintains its primary operational focus through its offices in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Business Offerings: Our company's core business is purely focused on the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of high-quality Lead Acid Batteries, Lubricants, Inverters, Car Care, Tires and Appliances. These offerings are fundamentally different from the electric vehicle, renewable energy generation, and storage solutions offered by Tesla, Inc.
03

Inspiration and Naming Convention

The name "Tesla Power Energy" is inspired by the profound inventions and contributions of the renowned scientist and inventor, Nikola Tesla. We recognize that there are 600+ other companies operating globally that share similar names, making it vital for the public to be informed and to not misjudge our separate and distinct enterprise.

04

Official Trade Names and Trademarks

  • Trade Name Clarification: The name Tesla Power Energy is a company identifier and logo, but it is not the legal trade name of the company for its products. The distinction is clearly indicated in our copyright logo and our trade-name range, which are trademarked region-wise.
  • Official Product Trademarks: Our official trade names are our sub-brands. These include — but are not limited to — Dyno Max, Dyno Pro, CoolMax, Power Max, Agro Max, Crank Max, Sonic Max, Inverto Max, Solar Max, Nucleus Max, Alkalino and Bison Trax — each individually trademarked in the specific countries where they operate.
05

Conduct and Misrepresentation

All employees, distributors, and dealers of Tesla Power Energy LLC and its independent subsidiaries are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting the brand, its products, or its relationship with any other entity, including Tesla, Inc. Providing wrong or misleading information to customers is a direct violation of our corporate policy. We rely on the transparency and accuracy of our partners to maintain our credibility and independent identity in the global market.

Why the Confusion Exists

A Name That Belongs to History

Nikola Tesla died in 1943, and his name entered common use long before any modern company adopted it. More than 600 businesses worldwide operate under names referencing him — in electrical contracting, engineering, energy, education and manufacturing. That breadth is the reason a formal clarification is worth publishing rather than assuming it is obvious.

The businesses are also plainly different. Tesla Power Energy LLC is a Delaware-registered company supplying lead-acid batteries, lubricants, inverters, car care products, tyres and home appliances through distributors and wholesalers, with operations concentrated across the Middle East and Africa. Tesla, Inc. is a Palo Alto electric vehicle and clean energy manufacturer. There is no corporate, financial or operational link between them, and no shared ownership.

This is also why the brand architecture works the way it does. Tesla Power Energy is a corporate identifier and logo, not the product name — every product carries its own registered trademark, with the Tesla Power USA mark appearing only as a “Powered by” endorsement. The brand story sets out the reasoning in full.

For Customers & Partners

How to Verify You Are Dealing With Us.

A widely shared name creates room for confusion, and occasionally for misuse. These are the straightforward checks that confirm a genuine product or an authorised supplier.

01

Check the domain

Official communications and product information come from tpuenergy.com. Correspondence from lookalike domains should be treated with caution and reported to the team.

02

Look for the product brand

Genuine products are sold under their own trademark — Dyno Max, Solar Max, Bison Trax and the rest — carrying the Tesla Power USA logo as a “Powered by” endorsement, never as the product name itself.

03

Confirm the distributor

Distributors are appointed by territory. If you are unsure whether a supplier is authorised in your market, the regional team can confirm before you place an order.

04

Use the official contact route

Enquiries, complaints and verification requests go to support@tpuenergy.com or through the contact form on this site.

Common Questions

The Tesla Question, Answered.

Affiliation, the name, what we sell, and how to verify an authorised supplier.

Is Tesla Power Energy connected to Tesla, Inc. or Elon Musk?

No. Tesla Power Energy LLC and all its subsidiaries have no corporate, financial or operational connection, association, partnership or relationship with Tesla, Inc. — the electric vehicle and clean energy company based in Palo Alto, California, associated with Mr Elon Musk — or with any of its global affiliates. They are separate companies in different businesses.

Why do both companies use the Tesla name?

Both reference Nikola Tesla, the scientist and inventor who died in 1943. His name is not the property of any single company, and more than 600 companies worldwide operate under similar names. Tesla Power Energy's use of it is a tribute to his contributions to electrical engineering, not a claim of association with any other business.

What does Tesla Power Energy actually sell?

Lead-acid batteries, lubricants, inverters and energy storage, car care products, tyres and home appliances, supplied through distributors and wholesalers. These are fundamentally different categories from the electric vehicles and renewable generation offered by Tesla, Inc. The company is registered in Delaware, USA, with primary operations across the Middle East and Africa.

Is Tesla Power Energy the product brand name?

No. Tesla Power Energy is the company identifier and logo, not the legal trade name of the products. Products are sold under separately trademarked sub-brands — Dyno Max, Dyno Pro, CoolMax, Power Max, Agro Max, Crank Max, Sonic Max, Inverto Max, Solar Max, Nucleus Max, Alkalino and Bison Trax among them — each registered in the countries where it operates.

How do I confirm a supplier is genuinely authorised?

Distributors are appointed by territory, so authorisation can be confirmed directly with the regional team before an order is placed. Genuine product carries its own brand mark with the Tesla Power USA logo as an endorsement, and official communication comes from tpuenergy.com. Verification requests go to support@tpuenergy.com.

What is expected of distributors regarding the brand?

Employees, distributors and dealers are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting the brand, its products, or its relationship with any other entity including Tesla, Inc. Providing misleading information to customers is a direct violation of corporate policy. Partners are asked to present products as “[Brand], powered by Tesla Power USA” rather than under the Tesla name alone.
