Register your Tesla Power Energy product warranty online - quick, simple, and secure.
Registration does not create warranty cover or extend it — terms are set by the authorised distributor at the point of sale. What it does is make the cover you already have straightforward to use.
A registered product has its model, serial number, purchase date and dealer recorded against your contact details. Two or three years later, when a battery is behaving oddly, that record is the difference between a claim that is validated in minutes and one that stalls while somebody hunts for a receipt from a purchase they barely remember. It takes two minutes now and saves an argument later.
Dealers can register on a customer's behalf at the counter, and this is the better practice — the product is in front of them, the serial number is transcribed accurately, and the purchase date is not left to memory. It forms part of the counter procedure covered in distributor training.
The most common reason a registration is abandoned halfway through. Here is where the numbers are printed on each product type — if a number is hard to read, photograph the label and upload the image instead.
The model number is printed on the top label — for example TPX36B20L, TPXDIN55L, EFB48D26L or TPS2400MAX. The serial number is usually stamped or printed on the case, often near the label edge or on the top surface. Many labels also carry a QR code linking to warranty registration.
Look for the model designation on the front label — TPSMF-100, EP12150 and similar — with the serial number printed alongside or on a separate bar-coded label on the case.
The product code appears on the bottle label, such as RESTORX-13 or a Bloom Max grade designation. For lubricants, retain the invoice as the primary proof of purchase.
Tyre markings are moulded into the sidewall, including the size designation and the manufacturing code. Photograph the sidewall if the markings are difficult to transcribe.
The rating plate is normally on the rear or underside of the unit, carrying the model and serial number together.
No need to look for receipts when applying for service.

Common Questions
Finding your serial number, lost invoices, dealer registration and what happens next.
On batteries, the model number is printed on the top label — TPX36B20L, TPSMF-100, EP12150 or similar — with the serial number stamped or printed on the case nearby, often as a barcode. Appliances and purifiers carry a rating plate on the rear or underside. Tyre markings are moulded into the sidewall. If a number is difficult to read, photograph the label and upload the image with the registration.
Warranty terms are set by the authorised distributor at the point of sale, and registration does not create or extend cover. What it does is make the cover straightforward to use: it records the product, purchase date and dealer against your contact details, so a future claim does not depend on locating a receipt years later. It is worth doing at the point of purchase rather than when something goes wrong.
Register anyway. The invoice upload is optional — the model number, serial number and purchase date are what matter most, and the dealer name helps the team trace the sale. If you can obtain a duplicate invoice from the dealer later, it can be added to the record.
Yes, and it is good practice. Dealers registering at the point of sale capture the details accurately while the product is in front of them, which removes the most common source of problems later — a mistyped serial number or a forgotten purchase date. Registration forms part of the counter procedure covered in distributor training.
You receive an email confirmation of the registration. The record is held against your contact details so a future claim can be validated without a receipt, and you can opt to receive service and product updates. If you do not receive confirmation, contact the team at support@tpuenergy.com.
Through the warranty claim page, where you provide the serial number, purchase date and a description of the issue. Having registered first makes this faster, since the product and purchase details are already on record and the claim can be validated against them.
